Returns & Exchange
Our Promise
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange through our online portal.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
— Unworn and undamaged, in the exact condition received
— Returned with all original packaging and contents
— Submitted within 14 days of delivery
Packaging Condition
Return the item fully intact, in its original packaging. Take care when unboxing in case a return or exchange becomes necessary.

Damaged or Missing Packaging
Torn, missing, or lost packaging resulting in product mishandling adds 50 EGP on top of the standard fee.

01 The courier collects the item once approved
02 The item is inspected at our warehouse
03 If it passes inspection, the refund is processed immediately, less a flat 130 EGP return fee
04 Damage to the product or packaging may result in additional deductions
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or via Instapay for the fastest turnaround. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the exchange is free of charge — no delivery or return fees. Provide clear photos when submitting the request through the portal.
