Our Promise At F-SOCIETY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange through our online portal.

Eligibility To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In the exact same condition as received
  • Unworn and undamaged
  • With all original packaging and contents included

Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange your item: ( Takes 2 - 3 DAYS )

  • Once your request is approved, we'll ship your replacement item
  • Upon delivery, you hand the original item back to the courier
  • A flat exchange fee of 100 EGP applies to all standard exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Your exchange is 100% free
  • No delivery or return fees will be charged

Please provide clear photos when submitting your request through the portal.

Returns & Refunds If you'd like a refund, here's how it works: ( Takes 2 - 3 DAYS )

  1. The courier collects your item once your request is approved
  2. The item undergoes a quality inspection at our warehouse
  3. If it passes inspection (unworn, undamaged, original condition), your refund is processed immediately
  4. A flat return fee of 100 EGP will be deducted from your refund
  5. Any damage to the product or packaging may result in additional deductions
  6. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise stated OR Through Instapay (Fastest Refund process)
